NHL Partners with Tipsport for Sports Betting in Czech Republic and Slovakia

The National Hockey League (NHL) has declared a fresh regional alliance with betting provider Tipsport.

Tipsport will be named the official sports wagering partner of the NHL in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and will utilize the NHL brand in its digital betting offerings in both nations.

Furthermore, Tipsport will gain from brand visibility on the Czech and Slovak versions of the NHL.com website.

The operator will also have access to all game data created by the NHL’s new “hockey and player tracking” technology to expand its game statistics and live betting offerings.

John Leventz, NHL Vice President of Business Development and International Partnerships, stated that the sports betting landscape presents a unique chance for the NHL to utilize the technology and data it possesses to engage fans in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

“As a leader in the sports betting arena in the Czech and Slovak markets, Tipsport is the perfect partner for us to enter this part of Europe, providing us the chance to further engage fans globally.”

Nova Sport TV, the NHL’s broadcasting partner in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has joined forces with Tipsport for an NHL agreement.

This collaboration will involve Tipsport sponsoring and promoting advertising campaigns during Nova Sport TV’s NHL game broadcasts and shows. The operator will also gain visibility within the broadcaster’s NHL studio.
