Betsson Acquires JDP Tech for Latin American Payment Processing

Betsson has acquired a significant portion of JDP Tech, a firm specializing in payment processing software for Latin America.

This acquisition is crucial for Betsson as it will facilitate seamless payment options for their clientele as they expand their reach in Latin America. This marks Betsson’s latest venture in the region, following the acquisition of stakes in Suaposta in Brazil and Colbet in Colombia.

Betsson is also actively pursuing licenses to operate in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Betsson’s Chief Executive Officer, Pontus Lindwall, stated that Latin America holds immense strategic importance for the company and presents substantial growth opportunities.
