Catena Media Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

## Online Marketing Giant Names New Financial Head

Catena Media, a major player in online lead generation, has selected Pia-Lena Olofsson to fill the Chief Financial Officer position. This follows the announcement that the present CFO, Klas Winzer, has opted to depart from the company due to personal circumstances. Winzer will remain with the organization to guarantee a seamless handover until the Q1 2018 report is made public, at which point Olofsson will fully assume her responsibilities.

Olofsson is already familiar with Catena Media, presently holding the Head of Finance role for Catena Operations, a subsidiary within the group. Prior to her time at Catena, she occupied several positions at Bure Equity AB and Visma, eventually becoming the CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Collector AB, a well-known publicly traded digital bank.

Olofsson’s remarkable credentials include a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and an Executive MBA from the esteemed Warwick Business School.

In a statement regarding the appointment, Henrik Persson Ekdahl, acting CEO of Catena Media, remarked: “We are delighted to bring Pia-Lena onto the Catena Media leadership team.
