The Confederation of Asian Football (AFC) and Sportradar, a prominent international provider of sports data and integrity solutions, have strengthened their longstanding alliance, emphasizing their steadfast dedication to preserving the fairness of soccer in Asia. This renewed accord, commencing in 2024 and extending through 2027, represents a notable achievement, prolonging their joint effort to an impressive 14 years since its initiation in 2013.
Throughout this duration, the AFC and Sportradar have collaborated diligently, implementing comprehensive strategies to counter match manipulation and uphold the principles of sportsmanship across Asian soccer.
The continuation of this partnership was formalized during a signing event held at the Hyatt Hotel in Doha on January 11, 2023, preceding the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023. AFC President, Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, and Sportradar CEO, Carsten Koerl, were present for this momentous occasion.

Reiterating these sentiments, Carsten Koerl added, “The accomplishments of this partnership exemplify the strength of teamwork and our shared objective of protecting the integrity of AFC tournaments.”
