BetUK Secures Multi-Year Sponsorship of All-Weather Championships
12.06.2024
LeoVegas betting platform, BetUK, has inked a multi-year agreement to sponsor the All-Weather Championships.
With the Championships entering their tenth year, BetUK’s collaboration with Arena Racing Company (ARC) grants them promotional privileges for 600 races across the next three years.
This partnership sees BetUK backing the Marathon, Middle Distance, and Sprint divisions hosted at ARC’s all-weather tracks throughout the winter season. These contests are vital for sustaining the sport’s momentum during the off-season.
ARC manages four of the six all-weather courses in the UK: Southwell, Wolverhampton, Lingfield Park, and Newcastle, making this a substantial alliance.
BetUK’s branding will enjoy high visibility at these venues, with their logo displayed on banners, promotional materials, and even race cards.
Moreover, the LeoVegas-owned brand will hold naming rights for all races within the series, solidifying their prominent position.
Chris Welch, Chief Commercial Officer at LeoVegas Group, conveyed his excitement, remarking, “BetUK is the most rapidly expanding betting platform in the UK, and we are thrilled to sponsor the 10th season of the All-Weather Championships.” He stressed the significance of securing the ideal partnership for their inaugural major horse racing sponsorship, emphasizing its quality and synergy with BetUK’s brand identity.
Similarly, David Leyden Dunbar, Director of Partnerships at ARC, underscored the Championships’ transformation into a pivotal fixture on the British horse racing calendar.
We were delighted to have BetUK join as a tournament sponsor and appreciate their backing of short, medium, and long-distance greyhound racing.”
This exhilarating competition launches its tenth season tomorrow, Tuesday, October 18th, from Newcastle Greyhound Stadium.
