Betano and FC Porto have solidified their collaboration with a sponsorship agreement that will prominently feature the betting company’s emblem on the front of the renowned blue and white shirts. This four-year pact represents only the third instance in FC Porto’s distinguished 40-year existence that they’ve engaged in such a partnership, underscoring the magnitude of this deal for both entities.

Kaizen Gaming CEO, George Daskalakis, the driving force behind Betano, conveyed his enthusiasm, stating, “This alliance with FC Porto is a pivotal occasion for everyone at Kaizen Gaming. FC Porto is not merely a legend in Portuguese football but a titan on the global stage.” He further stressed the significance of the extended commitment, saying, “This accord signifies a profound belief in our organization, our Betano brand, and our devotion to football in Portugal.”

Sharing the sentiment, FC Porto’s President, Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, commented, “FC Porto has consistently pursued collaborations with premier brands, and this reinforced bond with Betano embodies that dedication. It’s a fusion of a top-tier club and a gold-standard brand.” He added, “We uphold the highest benchmarks, both on and off the pitch, and therefore, we perpetually strive to cooperate with the finest.”

This agreement expands upon an already established connection between Betano and FC Porto, with Betano acting as the club’s official betting partner since the 2021/22 season.

This telecommunications firm also holds comparable partnership agreements with other Portuguese soccer organizations, such as Sporting Lisbon and Benfica.

The Betano group is truly passionate about soccer. Their parent organization, Kaizen Gaming, supports teams throughout Europe and Latin America. We’re discussing major organizations like Fluminense and Atlético Mineiro in Brazil, Universidad de Chile and La Serena in Chile, Universitatea Craiova and FCSB in Romania, and even Olympiacos and PAOK in Greece.
