Allwyn, the British branch of the Czech lottery conglomerate SAZKA Group, has partnered with Justine Greening’s “Levelling Up Goals” project. This dedication highlights Allwyn’s commitment to promoting equitable prospects throughout the United Kingdom.

Through this agreement, Allwyn joins a network of corporations, government entities, and academic institutions working towards a more socially mobile Britain. They will publish a “Levelling Up Impact Report” detailing their progress toward the initiative’s 14 objectives. These goals offer a defined structure for assessing advancement at critical life junctures, spanning from early years to adulthood.

Justine Greening, a social mobility champion and former Secretary of Education, conveyed her excitement for this collaboration, noting that Allwyn possesses a significant capacity to effect positive societal transformation. Keith Mills, Allwyn UK’s Chairman, reiterated this view, underscoring the company’s conviction in the lottery’s ability to produce considerable social good and generate opportunities.

Sir Keith Mills, who heads Allwyn’s proposal, discussed the firm’s collaborations, stating: “Allwyn is dedicated to enhancing the lottery and transforming it into a power for positive change. We anticipate collaborating closely with Justin Greening and her colleagues at the Purpose Coalition, along with other aligned companies and academic institutions, through the ‘Levelling Up Goals’ structure to realize this common aim and generate a beneficial influence on our neighborhoods.”

This development arises at a critical juncture for Allwyn, as they compete to manage the UK National Lottery, taking part in the Fourth National Lottery Licence Competition overseen by the Gambling Commission.

Camelot, the present operator, has been overseeing the lottery since its launch in 1994.
